Will these apps guarantee I pass?
No app can guarantee an exam result. Flip Ready apps are designed to support your exam preparation through flashcards, practice questions, and review — how you do on exam day depends on many factors.
Do the apps work offline?
Our downloadable iPhone apps (the Real Estate Flashcards and Exam Prep apps) are designed to work without an internet connection once installed, and require no account to study. The web-based SIE study tool is accessed through your browser and needs an internet connection.
Is it a subscription or a one-time purchase?
Flip Ready apps are a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. We also offer a full refund within 5 days of purchase — just email us.
How is my data handled?

App Store Purchases

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications published by Flip Ready LLC ("Flip Ready," "we," "us"). By downloading or using a Flip Ready app, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Apps
Flip Ready apps are educational study tools intended to help users prepare for licensing exams and professional certifications. They are study aids only. We do not guarantee any particular exam result, score, or outcome, and our apps are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any licensing authority, exam administrator, or certification body.
2. License
When you purchase a Flip Ready app, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own study purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app or its content.
3. One-Time Purchase
Flip Ready apps are sold as a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Once purchased, the app is yours to use on your eligible devices in accordance with the App Store or Google Play terms.
4. Refunds
We offer a full refund within 5 days of purchase, for any reason. To request a refund, email us at admin@flipready.info within 5 days of your purchase and include your order or receipt details.
Please note: purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those platforms' own refund processes, which you may use directly. Our 5-day full-refund commitment is offered in addition to any rights you have through the app stores.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Flip Ready apps lawfully and only for personal exam preparation. You agree not to use the apps in any way that could damage, disable, or impair them, or interfere with any other user's use.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Flip Ready apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the study content is complete, current, or error-free. Exam content and requirements change; you are responsible for verifying current requirements with the relevant licensing authority.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flip Ready LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Our total liability for any claim relating to an app will not exceed the amount you paid for that app.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
